Innisfil Heights Employment Area
Innisfil Heights is an area of more than 1,600 acres, consisting of a wide range of industrial, commercial, and tourism-based land uses on a range of lot sizes. Located right in the Town of Innisfil and inside the County of Simcoe that is bisected by Highway 400—providing high visibility and ideal access to a high volume of users.

Health campus and employment lands
In a first-of-its-kind initiative in Innisfil, the Town is leading a collaboration to transform an 83-acre parcel of land at the south west corner of Yonge Street and Innisfil Beach Road into the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) Innisfil Campus.
The Town of Innisfil and RVH are working together to bring healthcare, innovation and jobs to this site, which has the potential to become an epicentre of healthcare excellence within the Town.
Not only will this hospital bring a significant economic boost during the construction phase, but once both the Innisfil and Barrie Campuses open, RVH will double its workforce with 3,000 additional full-time staff. These are stable, well-paying jobs that will result in a substantial secondary economic benefit as staff and physicians purchase homes and support local businesses.
